Throwing training programs are 1 month duration with 1 on 1 coaching. The primary emphasis is placed on improved mechanics and velocity development. Programs with more specialized purposes can be built according to the athlete’s needs.
The program is 1 month duration with 1 on 1 coaching. Programs are designed to develop the required physical qualities based off of mechanical and physiological demands of sport. Team sport and track athletes should see improvements in sprinting and jumping ability.
The remote training service is a monthly rate. The coaching service is individualized lifting programming with access to sending me questions and videos.
